Linde is a leading supplier of high quality gases to industrial, medical, electronic, food, and beverage markets throughout North America. There are no higher priorities for us than the health and safety of our employees, contractors, suppliers, customers and local communities or the protection of the environment.

We are committed to meeting or exceeding our customers’ needs and expectations for quality, service, delivery and cost as well as excellence in safety, health, environment and quality (SHEQ) management.

Our goal is to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction from our employees, customers, contractors, suppliers, shareholders, and communities. We will achieve our goal by effectively measuring, managing, and continually improving every aspect of our business. We will achieve excellence through our people and our work practices using the following principles:

This policy is a key part of Linde’s overall strategy and is reviewed on a regular basis by Senior Management. Details of the organization and arrangements to execute this policy are contained in our integrated management system and standards (IMSS).
