Linde has been one of the leading suppliers of medical and pharmaceutical gases since the 1880s. Today hospitals in Canada rely on Linde products, whether in obstetrics, surgery, intensive care or accident and emergency.

From Victorian times, when the technology to extract oxygen from air was invented, to the present day, Linde has been involved in many important medical developments, particularly in patient care globally.
