Mississauga, Canada, January 13, 2012 - Metal fabricators attending this year’s Manitoba AG Days exhibition in Brandon, MB, Canada, looking for increased quality and productivity, as well as improved safety, are invited to visit with Linde Canada welding experts who will be demonstrating the company’s extensive line of welding gases and equipment and safety products.
Linde Canada is an affiliate of Linde North America, which is a member of The Linde Group, a world-leading gases and engineering company.
The show is being held on January 17-19 at the Brandon Keystone Centre. At booth numbers 1612-1614 in Barn 2, Linde welding engineers will be discussing the operating benefits of Linde-branded MIG wire, proprietary flux cored and metal-core wires and Linde-branded abrasives.
Linde welding experts will also be highlighting its line of MISON® shielding gases which contain a small portion of nitric oxide to effectively reduce the amount of ozone formed during the welding process, while allowing other properties of the gas to enhance the arc and appearance of welds; ODOROX™ odorized oxygen which has a very distinct smell to help mitigate the danger of potentially dangerous oxygen leaks because the smell becomes noticeable in plenty of time to take protective action; and VIVANTOS® ready-to-use cylinders which provide a safer workplace because they are equipped with an innovative, protective guard to ensure that delicate gauges and couplings are shielded against impact from objects or falling cylinders.
Luke Balderson, Midwest sales manager, said “We believe the Linde line of welding equipment and gases are second to none. And, with our engineers’ extensive applications experience in the fabrication industry, visitors to our booth will experience, first-hand, the operating efficiencies of our line of equipment and gases.”
Linde engineers will be performing live welding demonstrations with various consumables, as well as exhibit the effectiveness of a Diversi-Tech downdraft table in reducing welding fumes from the workplace. Linde will also be exhibiting its wide range of safety products, including personal protective equipment, protective eyewear, ear protectors, footwear, high visibility clothing and safety gloves. In addition, there will be demonstrations and special show pricing on Linde-branded abrasives that are manufactured by Norton.
